Your report has now been sent to our customer care team, who will aim to process it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please find more information on how your report will be handled and what you should do until then below.

  • We will aim to get back in touch within 48 hours, although it may take a little longer during a busier period.
  • Any reports received during the weekend or a Bank Holiday will not be seen until the next working day.
  • If you’ve received damaged items, please do not return these items until our team have been in touch to confirm the returns address as this can vary.
  • Please do not dispose of any damaged items and ensure they are stored appropriately until our team have been in touch.
  • If an item you’ve reported as missing is delivered before we get in touch, please contact us and make our team aware.
